Caye USA equipment purchased through Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Warranty coverage is provided at Caye USA's sole discretion and is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Caye-manufactured parts and, where approved, associated labor performed by an Caye USA's-authorized service provider.
Parts Warranty: Caye USA provides two (2) years of parts coverage or up to one hundred thousand (100,000) beverages per group head, whichever occurs first.
Labor Warranty: Labor is covered for one (1) year or up to fifty thousand (50,000) beverages per group head, whichever occurs first.
Labor coverage applies only when approved in advance by Pro Coffee Gear or Caye USA. Travel, diagnostics, expedited shipping, and other ancillary service costs are excluded unless expressly authorized by Caye USA in writing.
Warranty coverage requires proper installation, operation, and maintenance in accordance with Caye USA guidelines, including the use of Caye USA-approved cleaning products and water quality that meets manufacturer specifications. Damage or failures resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized service or modifications, improper storage or transportation, inadequate or incorrect water treatment, or normal wear and tear are expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
All warranty claims must be submitted through Pro Coffee Gear and authorized prior to any repair in accordance with Caye USA procedures. Warranty coverage may be void if repairs or attempted repairs are made without authorization or if PCG or Caye USA is not given the opportunity to evaluate and resolve the issue. Final determination of warranty eligibility, scope of coverage, and labor authorization is made solely by Caye USA, and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.

Vitrifrigo Warranty CoverageVitrifrigo equipment purchased through Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for up to three (3) years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.Year 1: Parts and labor coverageYear 2: Parts-only coverage (labor excluded)Year 3: Compressor parts-only coverage (labor excluded)Labor coverage applies only during the first twelve (12) months and only after inspection and approval by Vitrifrigo. All covered labor must be performed by a Vitrifrigo-authorized service center. Labor, diagnostics, and service costs are excluded after the first year.Warranty coverage is limited, at the manufacturer’s discretion, to the repair or replacement of defective Vitrifrigo-manufactured parts only. This warranty does not include removal or reinstallation labor, cabinetry or millwork, or any modifications required to access the unit.Warranty coverage requires proper installation, use, and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. If an authorized service center determines that a failure is the result of improper installation, installation-related issues, or conditions related to the boat, vehicle, cabinetry, or surrounding environment, the repair, diagnostics, and parts will not be covered under warranty. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all associated labor and parts costs.This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidental damage, neglect, lack of maintenance, power surges, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.All warranty claims must be authorized prior to repair.
