The M1 Coffee Moisture and Density Meter reads moisture from 1 to 50% with ±0.2% precision in under 2 seconds and density from 0 to 1,200 g/L with ±1 g/L precision, works with green beans, roasted beans, parchment and dried cherries, and runs up to 10 hours on a charge. The A1 Coffee Roast Degree Meter reads 0 to 150 Agtron with ±0.5 precision in just 3 seconds, handles both beans and grounds with a dual-sided tray, weighs 208 g, runs for up to 8 hours on a charge and logs results to the app. Both receive firmware updates over the air.
