30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. All the baristas LOVE this new Puq press. Every single tamp is the same no matter who is at the machine. It tamps very quickly and significantly reduces wrist pain for everyone.
Clean cycle does not operate correctly. Need to turn machine off and on then press Clean. Sometimes that works. Or, place empty portafilter, let machine do its thing, then press Clean. That works. But why do I have to do a workaround? I reached out to PUQ Coffee by email on 5/31/26 but to date have not gotten a reply. I love the machine but service is questionable.
