Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Alex, Gio, and the entire team went above and beyond during the warranty process for my R58. After receiving the replacement, the difference is truly night and day. I now realize that my previous machine was never performing at 100%. The new machine has incredible steam power, consistency, and overall performance. What impressed me most was how seriously they took my concerns and how they stood behind their product. Problems can happen, but the way a company responds is what truly matters. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you to the entire team for your patience, professionalism, and outstanding support!
I'm in love with this machine. It's fast, powerful as hell and really pretty. I'm enjoying using it every day and got it set up just right.
Pro Coffee Gear is incredible. I got the best service from Christine and am a customer for life. Thank you
Great grinder that satisfies home expresso making. Grind adjustment and programming easy and is quick and quiet. Is replacing a 15 year old Ranchilo Rocky grinder and was the perfect upgrade.
Easy purchasing process and quick delivery. Pro Gear is two thumbs up.
Absolutely worth it!
Great machine easy to use and amazing service 😁
